At Serraphea Limited, we do our best to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Below you will find our complete shipping policy, including information for customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and other countries.


1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer different delivery options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: estimated delivery time between 8 and 12 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (customs, public holidays, logistical delays, etc.).


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The total amount of your order
  • The destination
  • The shipping method selected

Free shipping may be offered during certain promotions or above a minimum order amount (please check our website for current conditions).


4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply to international shipments.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable in case of a return.
  • Serraphea Limited cannot be held responsible for customs delays.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via our website or the carrier’s website.

7. Changing the Shipping Address

Would you like to change your shipping address after placing your order?

  • Contact us immediately by email.
  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to update it.
  • Once the order has been shipped, no address changes are possible.

8. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, we can no longer be held responsible in case of loss or theft.

  • Check whether a neighbor or someone in your household accepted the parcel.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • If necessary, we will assist you in opening an investigation.
